I help organizations to capture collective wisdom by focusing on people, connecting diversity of thoughts to enable co-creativity and innovation. We help organizations to gather data using conversational video production curating screening events with online strategies to building strong communities to achieve social innovation. The full cycle includes

1. Researching and Curating the content by matching theme, topics of discussion of interest to participants and users of our clients with relevant independent films

2. Copyright Licensing to being able to use the films at a series of events.

3. Facilitating interactive conversations with audiences enabling the co-production of video content created by audiences and facilitators using our Crowdversations ® process (see presentation below)

4. Offering targeted networking experience and online community and branding value to participants, client and potential sponsors

5. Creating online video content to increase community and branding value by using crowdsourced social media content as well as more systematic approach to data analysis by building video platforms for ongoing events to supply added value by capturing high quality data by providing what people genuinely think, know and feel to share using simple interface for future accessibility online.
